Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Items will ship within 48 business hours of purchasing.  Shipping is $4 for one item, $8 for two or more items, and free at $250 on the website. 

Local Pick up: 

If you are local to Rapid City/Summerset SD, you can now choose the local pickup option while paying your invoice. Once your item is READY for pick up you will get an email notification notifying you with the address for pick up.  Pickups can happen anytime, we just ask that you are respectful of our home and property. Please do NOT ring our doorbell.  If you choose local pickup and DO NOT live in South Dakota your item will not be shipped until shipping is paid.

Returns:

Please contact us with returns as soon as possible.  Items will only be available for return up to 14 days from purchase which means us receiving the item from you. Anything outside the 14 day window is FINAL SALE.  Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and be returned to us in the way they were sent.  Please do NOT return items before contacting us, as we will not be able to complete your return. The buyer pays for return shipping. Items returned smelling of smoke, perfume or have pet hair or appear to be not clean or worn will not be accepted and we will no longer accept returns you. Items need to be returned in the same condition that we sent them out. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your exchanges.  Final sale items are not eligible for return. Once your item has been received, you will receive an e-mail with your return code. 

Damages:

If you receive an item that is damaged please reach out to us for resolution.
